• You provide a project specification and we check it to ensure its consistency. We also can develop a specification by ourselves.
• We create a gross list of potential subcontractors, depending on technologies stated in the specification.
• We conduct a tender among suitable partners and choose the most appropriate subcontractor according to weights given to influence factors in the application form, e.g. price, company age, technologies portfolio, references and project time estimations.
• You sign the contract with Rubal Offshore AB and we take care of project management, testing and quality assurance in cooperation with subcontractor — we offload the risks and the management, you concentrate on your core business.

There is also a possibility to sign a direct contract between customer and the development company, in this case we offer the following complementary services:

• Consultancy — we know how to achieve most in the offshore outsourcing model and avoid poor performance and disappointment.
